Flexibility is essential, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays—because events don’t wait, and neither do we. <h3>Qualification & experience</h3>What We’re After<ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical project management or similar leadership role within live production or events</li><li>Diploma of Live Production and Technical Services (or equivalent) or significant industry experience</li><li>Strong technical expertise across audio, lighting, video, and staging/rigging</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, resources, and timelines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proven ability to lead teams, support staff development, and manage performance outcomes</li><li>Experience using industry tools such as Vectorworks, Soundvision, and Rental Point (RP)</li><li>Strong understanding of WHS standards and a commitment to safe work practices</li><li>Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure</li></ul>

These films will often involve drone videography, sunrise and sunset shoots.</li><li>Capturing TOOP+TOOP's weekend auction action and open inspection activity on Saturdays, producing video content from the day's shoot that showcases the key stories from the day in the field.</li></ul> <h3>Qualification & experience</h3>Qualification &amp; ExperienceWe're looking for someone with<ul><li>A deep understanding of visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and the ability for your work to connect with viewers on an emotional level.</li><li>A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.</li><li>Bachelor of Communication or Media studies preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Confidence and ability to build rapport with clients and strong relationships with team-mates.</li><li>Experience with/comfortable with drone videography (formal drone pilot qualifications are not necessary).</li><li>Expertise in Adobe’s post-production and editing software.</li><li>Flexibility to work Saturdays and accommodate sunrise and sunset shoots when necessary.</li><li>A sense of urgency, with the ability to deliver video content within set timelines, consistent with our brand guidelines.</li></ul>
