$88,000 + Super + Uncapped Bonus
 Wingfield, Adelaide | Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)

Our Adelaide office is growing - and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to help take it to the next level.

This is a sales-focused recruitment role where you will:

• Develop and grow existing client relationships

• Win new business and expand our market share

• Source and manage candidates across transport & logistics roles

• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates

You’ll be backed by a well-established brand, strong local network, and a supportive team - giving you everything you need to succeed.

We’re looking for someone confident, energetic, and commercially driven who wants to build a career - not just do a job.

Ideally, you will have:

• Recruitment and/or sales experience

• Strong business development skills

• A proven ability to build relationships

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A team-first mindset with leadership potential

• Competitive base salary + uncapped bonus structure

• Career progression into senior/management roles

• 20 days annual leave (increasing to 25 days after 5 years)
