Live Easy is looking for a Customer Relations Officer to help grow our Support at Home service across Adelaide.

You'll focus on converting enquiries into customers, building referral networks in the community, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and their families. While sales is an important part of the role, success comes from building trust, understanding people's needs, and helping them navigate what can often be a complex aged care system.

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Experience in customer service, sales, community services or aged care would be highly regarded.

What you’ll be doing

  • Respond to enquiries, nurture leads, and support customers through the journey from initial enquiry to service commencement

  • Meet with customers and families to explain our Live Easy Buddy Model, the aged care system, and Support at Home options

  • Help customers understand how to best use their package budget in line with their individual needs and goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, families, referral partners, and internal teams to support a smooth customer experience

  • Keep accurate CRM records

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in sales, customer service, community services, aged care, or a similar relationship-based role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in building rapport and following up leads

  • A compassionate, customer-focused approach

  • Good organisation and administration skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of aged care or home care is highly regarded
