About the RoleThe role combines business development and case management, connecting candidates with employers to create meaningful job opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Network and build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
Speaking with local businesses and companies to create job opportunities for candidates
Developing skills in candidate assessment and case management, upskilling, resume preparation and job matching
Managing a structured daily workflow to stay organised and accountable
