We’re on the hunt for a Gelato Maker to join our production kitchen - someone who brings great energy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for creating amazing food. Experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything. If you’re eager to learn, and like to thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this could be for you.

You’ll be working in our St-Louis production kitchen, crafting artisanal style gelato and frozen desserts. This is a hands-on, team-driven role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll be doing

• Crafting high-quality gelato, sorbets, and frozen desserts using our recipes

• Assisting in daily production to keep up with demand (yes, it gets busy!)

• Maintaining stock levels, receiving deliveries, and keeping things organised

• Operating and caring for our gelato machines and kitchen equipment

• Keeping everything clean, safe, and up to food safety standards

• Jumping in front-of-house to serve customers and share your product knowledge

• Delivering a fun, welcoming experience to every customer

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in food, desserts, or kitchen operations
