Housekeeper – Accommodation Guest Services
Positions available in across North Adelaide, Enfield, and Glenelg.

We are seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our team and help create a true home away from home for our guests. If you take pride in presentation, enjoy teamwork and deliver consistently high-quality service, we would love to hear from you. Multiple roles are available at our Glenelg sites.

About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining rooms, apartments and public areas to an exceptional standard. Using Flex Keeping, you will complete room cleans, report maintenance issues with photos, record lost property, and help ensure our properties provide a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms and apartments to a high standard with strong attention to detail. Use Flex Keeping to manage tasks, report maintenance issues and document lost property. Complete scheduled deep cleans and monthly cleaning tasks. Maintain public areas including reception, hallways and offices. Ensure amenities are stocked and presented consistently. Follow hygiene and OH&S procedures at all times. Provide friendly customer service and assist guests when required. Work efficiently, maintain good time management and move between rooms with urgency. Follow chemical handling guidelines and hotel procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues and contribute positively to team culture. Assist in training new staff when required.

Essential Requirements
Understanding of housekeeping or cleaning standards and procedures. Ability to use Flex Keeping or similar systems (or willingness to learn). Strong communication skills and good English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of personal presentation and pride in uniform. Reliability, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic. Ability to arrive to shifts onetime, either with current drivers license or ability to navigate public transport.

Desirable Skills
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience. Knowledge of hygiene requirements and cleaning technologies. Basic maintenance skills. Experience with RMS or similar software.
