  • Leading service across weddings, private functions and bespoke events, ensuring delivery aligns with luxury service standards and client expectations

  • Acting as Duty Manager on shift, overseeing service flow, troubleshooting in real time and serving as the senior point of contact for guests and team members

  • Supervising, mentoring and developing team members, with a strong focus on training, engagement, and service consistency

  • Coordinating closely with kitchen, events and reservations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution

  • Supporting rostering, leading shift briefings and completing daily operational reporting

  • Planning menus in consultation with Chefs

  • Managing stock control across restaurant and events operations, including ordering of linen, beverages and operational supplies

  • Maintaining presentation standards across all service areas in line with brand expectations

  • Assisting in the development and refinement of service procedures, SOPs and training programs

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a highly guest-centric approach

  • Experience in weddings and events, with a strong understanding of service timing, logistics and client expectations

  • Solid food & beverage knowledge, including wine service and menu presentation

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Experience with stock control, ordering processes and cost awareness
