About the Role
The Hospitality Services Educator plays a key role within Eldercare’s Learning and Development team, leading the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of hospitality education and training programs across the organisation. This position ensures hospitality employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver high-quality services to residents, integrating contemporary best practice, Aged Care Quality Standards, and Eldercare’s Model of Care into all training initiatives.
In this role, you will support the delivery of L&D’s Mandatory Onboarding programs, including facilitating Day 1 Hospitality specific inductions, and deliver targeted, site-based education aligned to workforce needs, service priorities, and identified risks. This includes a range of delivery approaches such as face-to-face training, competency-based assessments, toolbox sessions, and practical, hands-on training to support consistent, high-quality hospitality service delivery.
