We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our team at the Carlisle Tavern in Ethelton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering great customer experiences.
This is a casual position, offering approximately 20 hours per week, with additional hours available for the right candidate.
About the RoleAs a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our patrons feel welcome, safe, and well looked after across our venue.
Key Responsibilities include:
Delivering outstanding customer service to all patrons
Working across the bar, bistro, and gaming areas
Operating effectively as part of a small, supportive team
Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment
Complying with responsible service and venue procedures at all times
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
A positive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A genuine commitment to delivering great customer experiences
Essential Requirements:
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
SA Gaming Badge (or ability to obtain)
