It’s where great food and great service come together to create something genuinely memorable. We’re not just serving meals, we’re creating moments that stay with our guests long after they leave.

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Duty Manager to take the lead in Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen.

You’ll lead from the front, keeping our food and beverage operations humming, our standards high and our guests coming back for more. From busy service periods to major events, you’ll juggle it all with confidence, bringing energy, calm and a bit of flair along the way.

  • Experience across events and busy, high-volume environments
  • The ability to stay cool under pressure and keep things moving
