We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Room Attendant who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and great customer service to every shift.

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES

  • Must be 18+ with full Australian working rights
  • Current RSA (SA)
  • Basic Gaming Certificate (SA)
  • Availability for afternoon, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
  • Willingness to obtain Responsible Person Badge and Advanced Gaming Certificate
  • Strong understanding of responsible service and compliance

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a casual role offering 15–35 hours per week, primarily across afternoon and night shifts.

You’ll be working across the gaming room and supporting broader service areas to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Your role will include:

  • Providing professional and attentive service within the gaming room
  • Maintaining gaming areas, furniture, and equipment to required standards
  • Ensuring venue ambience including lighting, music, and cleanliness is on point
  • Supporting food and beverage service where required
  • Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
  • Operating gaming terminals and supporting customer enquiries
  • Handling cash and using POS systems accurately
  • Maintaining presentation and cleanliness across all service areas
  • Supporting upselling and contributing to venue performance
  • Communicating effectively with team members across the venue
  • Following RSA, WHS, and all hotel procedures at all times
  • Supporting the team with general duties as required

This is a hands-on role where professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.
