Bar & Gaming Staff

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Gaming & Bar Attendant to join our team. This role is primarily evening and night shifts and involves providing exceptional customer service across our gaming and bar operations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.

• Operate gaming machines and provide assistance to customers in accordance with venue policies and responsible gambling practices.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Process cash, EFTPOS transactions, and gaming payouts accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of gaming and bar areas.

• Monitor gaming areas and ensure compliance with all gaming regulations.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG1) certificate.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a gaming, hospitality, bar, or customer service role.

• Knowledge of gaming machine operations and venue procedures.

• Experience handling cash and balancing tills.
