About Us

Abilities OT is owned and operated by local therapists Carly Clarke, Skye Quin, and Tim Gransbury. We are committed to providing timely, high‑quality, and truly client‑centred OT services to the communities we live and work in.

Our practice is built on the values of integrity, honesty, compassion, and teamwork. What began through consistent word‑of‑mouth referrals has grown into one of the largest occupational therapy providers in regional and rural South Australia.

Our head office is located in the Barossa Valley, and our therapists live and work across the state. Our growing team currently includes 15 therapists supported by 3 administration staff.

The Opportunity

We have permanent positions available for Occupational Therapists to support clients in:

  • Port Augusta / Whyalla region

  • Limestone Coast region

  • Barossa Valley / Gawler/ Northern Suburbs

Ideally, you are based in or near one of these regions, or you have a strong desire to work with regional and rural communities and are comfortable with travel.

Both full‑time and part‑time arrangements will be considered.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A recognised Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering high‑quality OT services

  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, families, and health professionals

  • A current Australian Driver’s Licence

  • Relevant clearances
