Medical Administration Manager – Icon Cancer Centre North Adelaide
This patient-facing role reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for leading the administration team in providing high levels of service to patients, doctors, and clinical teams. The role requires close coordination with all disciplines and includes team management, billing, data entry and auditing, rostering, site maintenance, training and development, and oversight over other daily activities. It is a full-time permanent position, working 76 hours per fortnight (5 days a week, Monday to Friday, between 7:30am and 6:00pm).
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are searching for an enthusiastic Medical Administration Manager with outstanding presentation and customer service skills. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, positive, and capable of managing day-to-day administration activities and providing occasional assistance across all sites.
Skills & ExperienceIcon Cancer Centre is a pioneer of private cancer care in Australia with over 35 years of experience. There are currently 40 cancer centres across Australia and a joint venture in New Zealand, with several in development. These centres include dedicated oncology, haematology, and radiation oncology facilities, as well as comprehensive cancer centres that integrate all services under one roof.
