Thank you for looking at my ad. I’m keen to add a person who enjoys working with people and working with psychologists and psychiatrists in a caring, health care environment.

To fit best you will be a:

- motivated

- highly organised

- experienced

receptionist who can work as part of a small team. You will be one of two staff at the front desk with your job including, billing, phone calls, emails, appointment bookings, patients requests and enquires. We are an all digital practice and use Xestro. Other parts of your time will be proofreading letters and updating databases.

You will be the person who picks things up quickly, enjoys being busy and likes working in a small dynamic team. You will easily engage with people and be a great problem solver. 

We are offering 2 days a week for our receptionist. We pay $400 professional development each year for you to extend your knowledge in admin and we pay a competitive hourly rate. 

You must have working with children clearance that is currently valid or apply for one asap. 

We pride ourselves on high quality health care, and we are looking for someone who is keen to contribute to the excellent administrative services that we offer. 

You must have at least 6 months of work experience in people focused environment and be very IT savvy. You don't have to have medical reception experience but admin experience is preferred.
