Health First Chiropractic has been caring for Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs since 2006, providing chiropractic, remedial massage and allied health care from our purpose-built clinic in Modbury North. We're a settled, well-established practice with a loyal local patient base and we're looking for someone who wants to put down roots for years to come.

Who We're Looking For

We're after a warm, down-to-earth person who treats every patient like they matter, because here, they genuinely do. We want someone looking for a real long-term home: a place to settle into, get to know our regular patients, build connections and grow alongside our team over the years ahead.

You'll need reliability and flexibility. Our clinic operates across a wide span of hours, and the right person is someone who can step in and cover shifts at short notice, including during staff leave. As a small business, we’re a bit like a second family, we rely on each other to cover for one another, especially when life gets in the way. If your life currently gives you the freedom to do this, this role offers exactly the kind of steady variety you might be after.

Shift Requirements

Hours: 15-25

The successful applicant must be available to take on additional shifts and extended hours across the full span of our clinic's operating hours when required, particularly to cover staff leave.

Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm | Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00pm

What You’ll Need (Essential Skills & Attributes):

• A calm, mature-minded approach with a strong customer service focus

• Kind, empathetic, and respectful communication skills (phone, email, in-person)

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and reliability

• Able to stay composed during busy moments, and enjoy problem-solving

• A professional appearance and confidence engaging with a range of personality types

• Comfort with everyday computer use (Word, Outlook, basic Excel)

• A willingness to learn about allied health and adapt to new systems

• A clear sense that you're looking for a long-term role, not a short-term placement

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience in allied health, medical, or a similar customer-facing reception role (full training provided for the right person)

• Familiarity with PracSuite or similar practice management and booking software

• Local to Modbury North or the surrounding north-eastern suburbs, which makes ongoing flexible shift coverage far more manageable
