Roles & Goals Therapy Services is a small paediatric therapy practice based in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide. We provide occupational therapy and clinical counselling supports to children, young people and families across clinic, school, home and community settings.
We are excited to be opening our NEW clinic location in Salisbury, creating more space for therapy, groups, collaboration and team connection. We have so many ideas that are ready to come to life!
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a hybrid clinic and community role. This position would suit someone who enjoys variety, values relationship-based practice, and wants to be part of a supportive, growing team.
About the role
This role involves providing OT supports to children and young people across a mix of settings. You will work with children with a range of developmental, sensory, emotional regulation, motor, functional and participation-based needs.
The role can be shaped depending on your clinical interests, experience, confidence and support needs. We are open to hearing from Occupational Therapists at different stages of their career, including new graduates, early career clinicians and experienced therapists who are interested in paediatrics.
Some paediatric, disability or community-based experience would be highly regarded, but the right values, attitude and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
You will be supported to build a caseload that considers your interests, strengths and areas for development. We value reflective practice, clinical curiosity and therapists who are willing to ask questions, seek support and keep learning.
We are looking for someone who is:
A qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
Experienced or interested in paediatrics
Warm, playful, flexible and family-centred
Confident working in community settings, or willing to build confidence with support

Comfortable sharing ideas and contributing to team initiatives
Why join Roles & Goals?
At Roles & Goals, we care about providing therapy that is practical, meaningful and connected to a child's everyday life. We are a small but growing team, which means you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, shape resources, be involved in service development, and genuinely feel part of where the practice is heading.
What we offer:
Brand-new Salisbury clinic space
Flexible clinic/community hybrid role
Supportive, fun and collaborative team culture
Regular supervision and clinical support from clinicians who are invested in your skill development (no, seriously!)
Admin support and shared therapy resources
Opportunities to contribute to groups, resources and service development
Professional development support
Travel allowance
Essential requirements:
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Working with Children Check

Experience working in schools or community-based settings
Interest in neurodiversity-affirming practice, developmental trauma, DIR/Floortime, interoception or play-based therapy
Employment type: This role is advertised as full-time, however we are open to discussing part-time hours for the right fit. The position is based from our Salisbury clinic, with community visits across the northern suburbs.
How to apply: To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us a little about yourself, your experience, and why you are interested in joining Roles & Goals Therapy Services.
