About You

• Minimum 8 months of CM or higher experience in aged care, in Australia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.
• Proven ability to manage clinical operations and support multidisciplinary teams.
