Child Care Group Leader

Seaford Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Group Leader to join our warm, supportive and professional team

You will be working collaboratively with our teaching team to:

·         Provide nurturing and responsive care to children aged 0-5 years

·         Implement and document educational programs based on EYLF

·         Support children’s development, wellbeing and learning outcomes

·         Maintain strong relationships with families

·         Contribute to a positive team culture

·         Follow centre policies, procedures and compliance requirements

·         Maintain a safe and stimulating environment

Essential Requirements

·         Diploma or higher qualification in Child Care

·         At least 1 year of relevant work experience

·         Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

·         Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

·         Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards

·         Strong communication and teamwork skills

·         Passion for early childhood education
