Description Post description We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team based at Adelaide Airport to help keep the Baggage Handling system running smoothly. About The Role This person will work as part of a team, ensuring all equipment is operating as designed and in accordance with agreed service levels. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is willing to contribute to team goals, while working safely and responsibly. Day-to-day tasks will include but not be limited to: Operate and monitor the baggage system in line with design specifications and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Maintenance - preventative, reactive and corrective Emergency response tasks Keeping tools and materials in good, safe, working order Instructing staff and other stakeholders on the system Working in a variety of environments, and climatic conditions Completing paperwork and reports - both physical and electronic Work schedule: You will need to be comfortable doing shift work as this role works on a rotating schedule, on a 21-day cycle. Morning shift – 3am – 1pm & Afternoon shift 1pm – 10.30pm. Shift pattern – 3 early, 4 late, 3 off, 4 early, 3 late, 4 off.
