Automotive Store Manager

Auto Masters has built a reputation for high quality customer service and workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our knowledgeable, hard working and friendly Port Adelaide team.

About the role: 

• Manage workshop operations and support the team to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Promote products and services using automotive industry knowledge.
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Available for Saturday mornings (8:00am–12:00pm) - negotiable.
• Fully maintained company vehicle available by negotiation.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for the automotive industry with a strong work ethic.
• Hands-on leader committed to excellent customer service.
• 2+ years managing an automotive workshop or service centre preferred.
• Proven sales ability in a customer-facing role.
• Trade qualification advantageous but not essential.
• Current SA Driver’s Licence and Australian residency/citizenship.
