About the role

We’re looking for someone who loves processes, speedy turnaround times and keeping jobs moving through the system. Reporting to our Construction Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for being the wonderful conduit between our Maintenance Team and amazing clients. 

Key tasks include: 

• Managing the relationship with our clients after handover, ensuring our clients know what’s happening at all times

• Tracking maintenance tasks and making sure these get done in a timely manner

• Booking onsite meetings

• Assisting with administration tasks as they pop up

• Assisting with new contractor inductions

A bit about you

As a Maintenance Coordinator superstar, you’ve cut your teeth in the construction industry. You’re looking for a change of pace (otherwise, you wouldn’t be here, right?). A chance to jump headfirst into a new and exciting challenge and get the support and recognition you deserve. 

And, when it comes to boxes, you tick them all (or at least most):

• 1+ years’ experience in residential construction in a similar role

• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under tight timeframes and multi-task to meet deadlines

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Solid knowledge of the residential construction and maintenance process

• Ability to converse with stakeholders across various departments

• Fun, collaborative, positive, team-player approach to working 

• Enjoys a fast-paced working environment
