Recruitment Vision is currently seeking a General Maintenance Officer and Gardener to look after our clients across residential aged care facilities in Adelaide.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Maintenance Officer/Gardener to undertake general maintenance duties for their sites across Metro Adelaide.

Key responsibilities:

Ensures that maintenance duties are completed in a safe, efficient and effective way by following specified policies and procedures with special attention to all aspects of safety;
Contribute to the support of residents by providing quality service as required, and with respect to dignity and privacy;
General garden maintenance including, lawn mowing and edging, hedge trimming, Weeding and Trimming of trees and shrubs.
General Maintenance duties within the facilities.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience needed

Previous experience in Gardening and General Maintenance
A current SA driver’s license.
Reliable with a strong work ethic
NDIS Worker Screening Check- Essential
Working with Vulnerable People Check- Essential
Working with Children Check- Essential
All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance
Previous experience in the Aged Care environment will be highly regarded
