Are you a handyman looking for certainty of work and the entitlements that come with a part-time position?

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Murray Bridge Racing Club in their Track & Maintenance team with the priority to maintenance of the Oncourse Stables. The candidate will require good time management skills with intermittent access to individual stables

This position will be employed by the Murray Bridge Racing Club for a minimum of 30 hours (negotiable) per week at $31 - $33 p/h (4 days - also negotiable) with the possibility of more hours and permanent employment available for the right candidate in the future dependent on work requirements.

The main duties to include:

•      Priority to the On Course Stables: (6 Barns & 164 Boxes)

• Liaising with resident Trainers to repair damaged horse stalls

• Ad Hoc Repairs & Maintenance

• Weed Spraying & Minor Landscaping 

• Preventative Maintenance as per schedules.

•      Grounds Maintenance jobs – eg. Irrigation repairs, fencing, facility repairs and general racecourse maintenance.
