Role OverviewThis role is based at our Head Office in Port Adelaide. You will work closely with maintenance teams, operations personnel, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure work is prioritised, planned, scheduled and executed safely and efficiently. Based around a 37.5 Monday to Friday roster, the role offers some opportunities for flexibility in timing of work hours and remote working capacity.
Success in this role requires strong organisation, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
You Will Be Responsible ForIn this role you will:
You may already be working as a Maintenance Planner, Scheduler or Coordinator, however we are also interested in hearing from people with experience in facilities management, project coordination, construction, logistics, shutdown planning, asset management or other environments where planning, scheduling and coordination are critical to success.
What matters most is your ability to organise work, coordinate people and resources, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
You are someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thinking ahead and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to operations.
Experience using planning, scheduling, maintenance management or enterprise systems (such as Maximo, SAP, MEX, Pronto or similar) will be highly regarded.
Exposure to maintenance, facilities, infrastructure, industrial operations or contractor management environments will be advantageous but is not essential.
