About You
You are a reliable and experienced civil operator who is confident across multiple machines. You take pride in your work, have strong situational awareness, and thrive in fast-paced project environments.
You will bring:
- Proven experience operating multiple machines (e.g. excavator, dozer, grader, loader, roller)
- Strong background in bulk earthworks, drainage, and civil construction
- GPS machine control experience (highly regarded)
- Ability to work across different crews and tasks as required
- Strong safety mindset and team-focused approach
- Relevant tickets, licences, and construction white card
