Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Co-Educator to join our Early Years and Junior School team.
This role is well-suited to educators who have experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including disabilities, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges. A strong understanding of structured interventions and co-regulation approaches is essential.
Position Purpose
Working under the direction of the Inclusive Education Leader and in partnership with Teachers, Co-Educators support the delivery of inclusive, engaging learning experiences. The role focuses on fostering student growth, independence, and wellbeing through targeted support, relational connection, and evidence-based practices.
