Hallett Cove Community Children’s Centre is a not-for-profit, community-based service located next to the Hallett Cove Shopping Centre in Adelaide’s southern suburbs. As a community children’s centre, all funds are reinvested back into the service, supporting above-award wages, quality resources, and a strong focus on children and educators alike.

We provide high-quality education and care for 53 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, operating Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 6:30pm. Our passionate and supportive team values strong relationships, outdoor learning, and environments inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Certificate III qualified Educator to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

This position would suit someone who is eager to learn, gain experience, and grow their practice within a unique, community-focused service. You will be supported by a dedicated team of educators who value collaboration, reflection, and professional growth.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards.

• Work rights to enable employment in Australia

• A current SA Employee Working with Children Check

• Child Protection training and an understanding of current legislation

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and develop professionally
