About The Role

You’ll support aged care clients and NDIS participants to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a dedicated office team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily living needs.
  • Some domestic support including mopping, vacuuming and general cleaning.
  • Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement.
  • Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
  • Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.

Work Locations - Wayville, Unley, Plympton, Keswick, Mile End

Shift details - Morning to Midnight finish (12am) shifts available

Join as Permanent part-time on min 6hrs per week contract to start with!!

About You

You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.

You’ll also bring:

  • Cert 3 Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • WWCC
  • Manual handling certificate
  • Infection Control
  • Driver license and access to a registered and roadworthy vehicle
  • First Aid & CPR certificates
