Bene Aged Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team at the St. Clair Residential Facility on a part-time basis.

About Your Role

Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting changes to clinical staff
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Understanding of aged care standards and person-centered care
Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

Previous experience in residential aged care
Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
