Bene Aged Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team at the St. Clair Residential Facility on a part-time basis.

About Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
  • Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
  • Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting changes to clinical staff
  • Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
  • Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Understanding of aged care standards and person-centered care
  • Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in residential aged care
  • Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
