We're growing rapidly and seeking experienced, compassionate Personal Care Attendants, Disability Support Workers, and Community Support Workers to join our dedicated team across The Gawler, Elizabeth and the Barossa plus many surrounding areas. We currently have some new clients in the Eudunda and Swan Reach areas also.

Positions AvailableWe are currently hiring for:
Disability Support Workers – Certificate III minimum
Personal Care Attendants – Certificate III minimum
Aged Care Support Workers - Certificate III minimum
Our caregiving team provide personal care, companionship, support with daily activities and community access to enable clients to live independently, with dignity and joy.
What You'll BringAs a dependable, empathetic, self-led leader who is committed to making a genuine difference in people's lives, you also bring:
Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, or disability
The ability to build rapport and trust with client's quickly
A warm, caring, trustworthy and professional manner
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Confidence in identifying and reporting client care concerns to Care Designer
Fluency in English (additional languages are highly regarded) Must live in Adelaide
Availability minimum 3 days per week (including evenings, nights and weekends this is a must)
Specialist experience highly regarded:
Tracheostomy care and suctioning
Seizure management
PEG feeding
Paediatric care - including support for children with complex needs

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
Valid CPR and First Aid certification
Valid driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle - suitable for client transport
Legal right to work in Australia
National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons sector)
Valid Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Computer literacy with proficiency in client management systems and ability to complete electronic documentation accurately
