About the Role

You will be part of a dedicated team, providing active support to individuals whose life is profoundly affected with complex mental health conditions. Your role is to help people feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow and meet their goals.

This includes:

  • Building daily routines and life skills to support her transition into the community
  • Supporting emotional regulation and responding to behaviours of concern with compassion, consistency and professionalism
  • Encouraging independence through activities like cooking, community access, and public transport
  • Implementing Behaviour Support Plans and contributing to risk assessments
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and hope - always

Every action you take will support healing, safety and personal growth.

This role contains 4 hour shifts twice a day to support with medical appointments, shopping and daily planning.

What You'll Need to Thrive in This Role

  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Working with Children Check
  • A current Driver's License
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification
