About the Role
You will be part of a dedicated team, providing active support to individuals whose life is profoundly affected with complex mental health conditions. Your role is to help people feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow and meet their goals.
This includes:
Every action you take will support healing, safety and personal growth.
This role contains 4 hour shifts twice a day to support with medical appointments, shopping and daily planning.

Whether you are an experienced Support Worker, or new to disability or community services, if you are someone who values connection, inclusion, trust, learning, and kindness, we encourage you to apply.
