About the Role:

Working alongside the Centre Director and Educational Leader, you'll bring creativity, warmth, and strong leadership to every day:

Lead and Mentor: Inspire and support your team, driving professional growth and high standards of care
Design Learning Experiences: Plan and evaluate culturally responsive programs that honour each child's unique interests and needs
Champion Safety: Uphold a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment in line with OHS and Duty of Care standards
Build Belonging: Cultivate genuine relationships with children, families, and colleagues so every child feels truly valued
Document & Reflect: Maintain meaningful, accurate records of children's development aligned with national regulations

What You’ll Bring:

An Early Childhood qualification recognised at Children's Services Employee Level 4 or higher
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
Foundations of Child Safety Training — mandatory prior to commencement
Solid experience in early childhood, with strong administrative and time management skills
Excellent communication skills — warm, clear, and effective with children and adults alike ? Proven leadership ability and the drive to set the standard every day
