About the Role
 
We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our growing Community Nursing team, supporting our valued clients to live independently at home across Adelaide's Eastern / Hills Districts.

This role offers an excellent work-life balance within a friendly, supportive, and progressive team environment where your contribution truly makes a difference to health outcomes in the community.

Shifts commence from 8:00am, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts shared across the team. You will provide support with personal care, light domestic assistance, and shopping, visiting multiple clients throughout your shift across the Eastern Suburbs and Hills Districts.
 
We are looking for people who are able to commit to 30+ hours per week.

 You will be paid for the entire shift, with a $0.99 per kilometre travel allowance paid between client visits.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager and working closely with Registered Nurses, you will be supported and guided throughout your role in the community care sector.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a similar community or care role
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Community or Individual Care
  • Your own reliable, fully insured vehicle
  • COVID-19 vaccination (minimum 2 doses)
  • Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Manual Handling Certificate (refreshed within the last 12 months)
  • Strong Oral and written communication skills
