Casual Disability Support Worker

Bhetsy & Co are seeking Disability Support Workers to join the team for various participants across multiple sites, including West Lakes and Banksia Park.

Applicants will need to have the following to be considered for these roles:

Police clearance

NDIS worker screening

First Aid and CPR certificates

Manual Handling certificate/training

Certificate 3 in Disability/Individual support or similar

Driver's licence, registered & insured car

Experience with complex needs participants & using equipment ie wheelchair, commode, hoist

Clear communication skills with no strong accents, due to communication needs of individuals

Minimum 6-12 months of disability support experience required

Ability to work within professional boundaries, complete training and induction as requested by management and able to follow policies and procedures
