We are expanding our team and are looking for passionate, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers to make a meaningful difference in the SOUTH AUSTRALIA community.

About the Role

As a Support Worker with Aplus Nursing, you will assist NDIS participants to live independently and achieve their personal goals. Duties may include:

• Personal care and daily living assistance
• Community access and social support
• Meal preparation and household tasks
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Support with routines, skills, and independence
• Building strong, respectful relationships with participants and families

What We’re Looking For

• Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Excellent communicators with a genuine passion for helping others

Required:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Certificate III in Individual Support
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle, If not driving please dont apply
• Proof of working rights in Australia
