The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a client-side Project Manager, contractor-side Project Manager, or Contract Manager looking to take the next step into property development.

Working alongside an experienced development team, you will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle, from feasibility, planning, and design through to procurement, construction delivery, and project completion. This role offers the chance to move beyond construction delivery and become involved in the commercial and strategic decisions that shape successful developments.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from feasibility through to completion
• Coordinating consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Monitoring project budgets, programmes, and feasibility outcomes
• Managing procurement and contractor engagement processes
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Preparing project reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed cost, quality, and programme objectives
