Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Victor Harbour, South Australia to support participants.
The Role
Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability.
You will be required to work in line with each participant's plans, including:

The Role
Using a person-centred and active support approach, the Disability Support Worker will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality supports to people living with disability.
You will be required to work in line with each participant's plans, including:
- Individual Support Plan
- Health Care Plan
- Medication Plan
- Meal Plan
- Manual Handling Plan
- Maintain and monitor client support plans
- Deliver supports in a client-focused and person-centred manner
- Build professional and positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
- Work within the established rhythm of service for the house
- Fulfil all compliance and mandatory training requirements
- Work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts (essential)
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Current Assist with Medication Certificate
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Valid working rights in Australia
