Sari Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Disability Support worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their well-being and independence.

Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Implement individual care plans and monitor progress
Assist with community outings and social activities
Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current First Aid and CPR certification
