This opportunity suits someone who enjoys bringing structure, commercial discipline, and calm leadership into a growing business where ideas, energy, and opportunity already exist.
About the Role:
You will take ownership of key operational, reporting and accountability functions across the firm, working closely with the CEO and senior leaders to ensure the business is executing against its strategic priorities.
A core part of the role will be preparing, enhancing and consolidating monthly and quarterly reporting across financial performance, budgets, key business drivers, actions and ecosystem progress.
You will work with Heads of Service and internal leaders to gather meaningful input, challenge assumptions, improve visibility, and ensure the CEO has clear, timely and commercially useful information to support decision-making.

About You:
You are a commercially astute operator who can bring structure, discipline and clarity into a growing professional services business. You are comfortable working close to a CEO, but confident enough to own outcomes, challenge thinking constructively, and ensure the right information, systems and accountabilities are in place.
You will likely bring:
Experience in general management, operations, finance, commercial management or business leadership roles
A strong financial background, with the ability to prepare, interpret and challenge budgets, forecasts and management reports
The ability to translate strategy into clear operational plans, actions and accountability
Strong reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills

The ability to improve processes, systems and workflows without overcomplicating them
Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to protect time, energy and focus across the business
A calm, thoughtful and authentic leadership style
Experience working in professional services, advisory, accounting, consulting or another high-trust B2B environment will be advantageous
This role will suit someone who gets a buzz from solving problems, improving consistency, and helping a business execute well. It will not suit someone who relies on politics, visibility, or simply replicating what they have done in a previous role without understanding the business context.
Why This Role:
Newly created senior leadership position with genuine influence and ownership
Opportunity to work closely with an experienced CEO and leadership team
Play a key role in strengthening the firm’s operations, reporting and accountability
Help create the structure required for the business to scale with confidence
