Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple subdivision projects from commencement through to completion
Lead Site Supervisors, site crews, and subcontractors across several project fronts
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

About You:

Proven experience in a General Foreman, Senior Supervisor, or similar leadership role
Strong background delivering large-scale residential subdivision projects
Extensive knowledge of civil infrastructure and land development works
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
