A leading national civil contractor is seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee multiple large-scale subdivision projects across Adelaide's northern suburbs. With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent industry reputation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple subdivision projects from commencement through to completion
  • Lead Site Supervisors, site crews, and subcontractors across several project fronts
  • Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
  • Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
About You:
  • Proven experience in a General Foreman, Senior Supervisor, or similar leadership role
  • Strong background delivering large-scale residential subdivision projects
  • Extensive knowledge of civil infrastructure and land development works
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
