• Menu Guidance: Explaining coffee origins, roast profiles, and milk alternatives.
• Managing Complaints: Resolving issues with wrong or unsatisfactory orders politely.
• Espresso Extraction: Grinding beans and monitoring shot times and extraction quality.
• Milk Texturing: Steaming dairy and plant-based milks to correct temperatures and microfoam textures.
• Drink Assembly: Pouring lattes, preparing filter coffee, and mixing cold beverages.
• Food Handling: Heating pastries, prepping light meals, and following food safety codes.
• Processing Payments: Handling cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately.
• Upselling: Proposing complementary items like pastries, extra shots, or retail beans.
• Queue Management: Keeping the ordering line moving efficiently during peak hours.
• Workstation Sanitation: Wiping down steam wands, espresso machines, and countertops constantly.
• Dining Area Care: Clearing tables, washing dishes, and emptying rubbish bins.
• Restocking: Keeping cups, lids, milks, and coffee beans fully stocked.

Pay: $19.90 – $26.50 per hour
