Burns for Blinds has been a proud South Australian business since 1953. Over the years, we’ve grown to become SA’s largest and most trusted window furnishings retailer. With over 60 staff across our Norwood head office and showrooms at Seacombe Gardens, Mount Barker, and Gepps Cross, we’re a well-established, locally-owned business that continues to grow.
The Role
We are seeking a flexible and customer-focused team member to join Burns For Blinds in a casual capacity. This role will primarily support our Seacombe Gardens and Mount Barker showrooms, while also providing coverage at our Norwood and Gepps Cross locations when required.
Working across our modern, purpose-built showrooms and over the phone, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product enquiries, booking appointments for our sales consultants, supporting order processing, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
This position offers approximately 20-35 hours per week across 3–5 days, including a combination of weekdays and weekends.
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service experience
Confident phone manner and basic computer skills
Solid admin skills
Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 7-day roster at various locations
Clear communication skills and fluent English
