This is an ideal role for candidates with Support Work or NDIS experience who want to work in an office environment and get a guaranteed 38 hours per week income or someone with customer service experience with current NDIS checks in place essential. 

Our client is a national NDIS disability support Plan provider looking for experienced customer service officers (finance and Invoicing) to join their teams. DAY TO DAY…
You will be trained as part of a very comprehensive training program and be required to provide quality client-centered service and ensure invoices are process in line with service standards for the business including:

  • Providing high levels of service via telephone and email direct to clients
  • Processing a high volume of invoices for clients
  • Data entry and ensuring discrepancies are corrected.
  • Problem solving with the client’s best interest in mind
  • Support disability service providers to present invoices in line with NDIS standards
  • Work with providers ensuring resolutions for client needs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

Ideally, we are looking for applicants with experience in Support Work, customer service roles, computer data entry processing, accounts and or invoice processing skills.

Following clearances are mandatory prior to commencement:

  • NDIS worker clearance
  • Working with Children Checks
  • Full working rights in Australia
Above all, we are looking for passionate and compassionate individuals who have good values, a strong work ethic and love to work with a company who truly looks after their staff and their development and wellbeing.
  • Experience in retail or customer service and or service center roles 
  • Strong customer service abilities and focus
  • Administration skills or experience
  • Data entry skills 
  • Strong computer skills
  • Team orientated and works collaboratively.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office suite skills Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Knowledge of NDIS and disability sector highly advantageous
You will demonstrate strong communication skills, high levels of attention to detail, good computer aptitude, team orientated and high focus on customer service.
