About the role

• You will be constantly learning about the difference between a transaction and a relationship, and applying it in your role

• Quoting new customer enquiries over the phone (all enquiries are qualified, most repeat and referral; absolutely no cold calling).

• You will decide whether the customer requires in-home inspection or over the phone quote for their move (our moving specialists perform in-home inspections)

• Follow up on your quotes and build the relationship with unbooked prospective customers, without annoying sales pressure (no trickery, we believe the best most honourable sales people authentically share something that has real true value)

• Fulfil pre-move customer requirements and questions once booked, and guide them through our 5 Point Communication Process

• Fulfil post-move customer requirements

• Collect feedback from our customer, so we can continue to hone our craft. We have performed 30,000 + relocations since 1998 and are still learning
