The Customer Service & Quotations Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support while coordinating technical drafting, quotations, order processing, and production-related communication. This role acts as a key link between customers, production staff, and management to ensure customer requirements are understood, accurately quoted, and delivered on time to maintain total customer satisfaction. Broader responsibility includes:

Prepare commercial quotations for laser cutting, folding, welding, powder coating and fabrication services
Prepare technical drawings using 2D & 3D CAD software
Processing customer orders accurately, and respond to customer queries regarding pricing, lead times and production schedules
Powder application across a range of finishes
Collaborate with your colleagues in production to clarify technical specifications
Undertake all duties and responsibilities in a safe and responsible manner

The individual

We’re looking for an individual who enjoys the variety of both a technical and administrative/customer engaging role, with your experience encompassing competency in utilising 2D &3D CAD software. Prior experience gained in a quoting or estimating capacity is not essential, albeit advantageous.
