About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent CSR position reporting to the Customer Service Manager. You'll manage B2B accounts end-to-end, quoting, order entry, dispatch coordination, artwork liaison, and everything in between. You'll work closely with production, warehouse, and the internal sales team, acting as the key intermediary for information flow across the business.
This is a client-facing role where you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers. Strong communication, organisation, and the ability to juggle competing priorities are what matter most. Any systems you'll need are straightforward to pick up on the job.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Manage customer enquiries primarily via email, with phone communication as required
Proactively communicate order status and delivery updates before and after dispatch
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and CRM updates
Order Management & Dispatch
Process customer orders accurately in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), flagging pricing discrepancies to management
Expedite or de-expedite orders and coordinate dispatching to meet customer timelines
Monitor your clients' inventory and send weekly customer stock schedules
Process invoices & credits, maintain well-organised order documentation, and keep accurate records in D365 and shared drives
Quoting & Product Information
Prepare and send accurate customer quotes as requests come in
Provide product information including HACCP (food safety methodology) documentation, brochures, and website links as required
Artwork & Specification Coordination
Liaise with the artwork supplier regarding proofs, specifications, and printing plates
Create and maintain accurate customer product specifications in D365
About You
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy, varied workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you'll be the voice of the business for your clients
Confident managing multiple accounts and competing deadlines without losing track of detail
Comfortable learning new systems and processes (D365 training provided)
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights, sponsorship is not available
Highly Regarded but Not Essential
Previous B2B customer service or account management experience
Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Customer Service
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to site
