About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in our office, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
You'll support a variety of administrative and customer service functions across the business while working closely with our management, warehouse, delivery and clinical teams.
About YouWe're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
A strong team player who enjoys helping others
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Professional, reliable and eager to learn
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Bonus Points If You Have:
Customer service, retail, reception or administration experience
Experience answering phone enquiries
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
Experience in healthcare, aged care or allied health environments
Don't worry if you don't tick every box - attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important to us as experience.
What You'll Be DoingWelcoming customers and visitors to our office
Answering inbound phone calls and directing enquiries
Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email
Following up customer enquiries, quotations and accounts when required
Processing customer information and data accurately
Assisting with general administration and office support tasks
Working collaboratively with different departments across the business
Helping ensure customers receive timely and professional service
