Wayne Phillis Automotive is on the hunt for an energetic Service Department Receptionist to be the friendly face and voice of our busy service teams. We’re a family-owned dealership group (Ford, Kia, Isuzu UTE, KGM, Geely and GAC) and we back our staff just as much as we back our customers.

No two days are the same — but you’ll be right in the middle of the action:

• Answering calls with confidence and a smile in your voice

• Booking customer vehicles and helping line up the daily flow

• Welcoming customers as they arrive (you’ll be their first impression!)

• Jumping in to support our Service Advisors when things get busy

If you love helping people and keeping the chaos organised, you’ll fit right in.

• Have a friendly, upbeat attitude

• Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool

• Are organised and love a routine (even on busy days)

• Communicate clearly — on the phone AND face-to-face

• Have automotive or reception experience (preferred, not required)

• Enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team
