John Bossy Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is a family-owned South Australian business of long-standing providing servicing, maintenance & installation of both commercial refrigeration and air conditioning. John Bossy Refrigeration & Air Conditioning are looking for a full time Service Co-ordinator to join our team based in our Melrose Park office. Office hours are 8am to 4pm. Some overtime may be required.
You will be working at our front desk completing administration tasks associated with the day to day running of the Service & Install Departments. This role would suit someone with experience in scheduling works of a trade nature though training can be provided for the right candidate. Part-time hours may be negotiable.
Day to day duties.
General reception including answering phones, logging service calls, responding to emails & web enquiries.
Schedule and co-ordinate Service, Installation and Maintenance works.
Liaise with our customers, suppliers, technicians & employees.
Order, receive & allocate parts and materials.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by supporting with issue resolution.
Maintain accuracy of records within our various systems and archives including job records and customer information.
Provide support towards the businesses OHS&W requirements
Coordinating with the Service Manager, technician team meetings including providing administrative support.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Excellent organisational skills.
Have a positive outlook with a co-operative & collaborative approach and willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail & high level of initiative.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
Ability to work in a small team or autonomously.
Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software, highly desirable.
Experience with MYOB, highly desirable.
